Forced Oscillator Demonstrator
This device demonstrates oscillation under repeated external forces,
resonance and damped oscillation. Consist of two springs connected
by a metal cylinders, a hand crank and support with scale. 28" x 8" x 9"
No. SF524-DA. Only $54.95
Forced Oscillation and Resonance Demonstrator
This apparatus is designed to show the vibration of any object when
repeated impulses are applied. This demonstrator consists of two
weights of different natural frequencies, two cams driven by a 6-volt
motor with speed control, and four springs. The speed control is
used to adjust the frequency of applied force for resonance 11" x 6" x16".
Instruction Manual included.
No. SF524-DB. Only $129.95 |

Mechanical Oscillator on Air Track
This unit is designed for the study of simple harmonic motion. The air
track helps reduce friction and allows students to determine the relations
between the period of the vibrations and the mass of the oscillation
accurately. It can also be used to demonstrate the conversion
between kinetic and potential energy and the damped oscillation due to air
friction. The attached weight (24g) can be added to the oscillator
to vary its mass. A fish tank pump (not included) can be used for
the as the source.

No. SF524-MA. Only $59.95 |
