Physiological Skeleton
World's most flexible skeleton. It offers far more possibilities of
movement than any other skeleton available. You can demonstrate inward and
outward rotations of arms and legs as well as flexion and extension of
knees and elbows. The special flexible spine mimes all natural human
movements and demonstrates the pivoting, tilting and lateral movements of
the neck joint. The hands are mounted on wire; the feet are mounted
with elastic cords. This allows both a natural position and realistic
carpal and tarsal movements. The shoulder blades are specially
mounted to move along as the shoulder joint rotates. Even the slight
flexibility between sacrum/pelvis and sacrum/coccyx can be
demonstrated.
