Rainforest Seed Collection
Seeds from six different species of jungle plants, all hand harvested from the Rain Forest
of Costa Rica. There are from three to seven seeds of each species. All are
collected by the local people, providing them with a source of income and an incentive to
protect the Rain Forest. Harvesting is managed scientifically with field support
from conservation groups. Contents will vary with the season, but include Chumico,
Elephant Ear, Fern Tree, Flame of the Forest, Feather Tree, Iron Wood, Rain Tree, Perfume
Tree, Pink Shower Tree, Hot Poker Tree and occasionally other unique species. Simply
follow the enclosed instructions to grow these wonderful and colorful tropical plants.
With proper care, they will flourish in most indoor environments.
