An exciting new space science kit, developed in association with the Smithsonian
National Air and Space Museum. You will have a stellar time learning about our solar
and the stars with the unique triple-function planetarium. You can (1) Use the
projecting planetarium to project stars on your ceiling - it comes with two different
evening sky domes - see picture on left of box. (2) Use the projecting planetarium as the
"sun" in creating in your own solar system. Kit comes with nine molded
planets and attaching rods - see picture at center of box, and (3) Use the projecting
planetarium as the "sun." Connect large scale earth and moon models.
As they rotate, you can observe the phases of the moon. - See lower right corner of
box. The Set includes the triple function light-up planetarium, molded
planets, attaching rods, 2 evening sky domes, paints, glow in
the dark glaze and detailed instructions. Requires 4 "AA" batteries.
